MY journey

With over 20 years of experience in fitness, movement, and bodywork, I've worked with individuals focused on performance, strength, and long-term physical results.

Over time, I noticed a pattern. Even those performing at a high level were still dealing with tension, pain, and restrictions that didn't match their effort. That led me into massage therapy.

After completing a 650-hour therapeutic massage program, passing the National Massage & Bodywork Exam, and becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist in Massachusetts and Florida, I began working with the body through a more precise and integrative approach.

It became clear that tension isn't just muscular. It's influenced by stress, movement patterns, and how the body adapts over time. My work combines therapeutic massage, bodywork, and nervous system regulation, supported by a background in performance as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1.

Customized

Each session is fully customized to the individual, focused on releasing tension, improving movement, and creating lasting change.

Intentional

Each session is intentional. Integrative. Deep. Just focused work based on what your body actually needs.

This work didn't start with massage. It started with understanding.
